Hey there! Welcome to yet another installment in the “how to start an SEO copywriting business” series.

Elaborating on last week’s video (“Do you really need a copywriting contract?” here I address the three things that you absolutely MUST include in your freelance copywriting contract.

While I am not an attorney and this does not constitute legal advice, I have been reading copywriting contracts for a very, very, very long time 🙂 In this time, I’ve seen some truly spectacular ones and some that leave the copywriter vulnerable to litigation, not getting paid, and other bad things.
